Discount on food & drink
After 1 month, you will receive your Inndulgence Card which gives you 25% discount on food and drink, across all our pubs and hotels for you and your friends and family. This increases the longer you work for us, up to 40%.

Healthcare Cash Plan

Advance Salary

OUR RESTAURANTS & HOTELS
Churt
Located in the Heart of the Surrey Hills and a stone’s throw from The Devil's Punchbowl, Bel & The Dragon Churt is a popular staycation destination, a spot for the local community and a venue hosting unforgettable events. With eighteen newly-renovated bedrooms (each named after a Jane Austen character), a spacious outdoor area with a wood-fired pizza oven and warm and cosy fireplaces in classic bar & restaurant areas, Churt provides an excellent atmosphere at any time of the year.
Bel & The Dragon Churt is run by Graeme the General Manager, alongside Gregory the Head Chef and the rest of the team. When you join the team at Churt you can expect a friendly welcome and a passionate team who will help you develop pride and passion for great service, along with supporting you to grow your career.
Cookham
Bel & The Dragon Cookham is one of the oldest coaching inns in England and sits on the village’s picture-postcard high street. Recently refurbished with special attention paid to maintaining the charm of the traditional but the modern practicalities needed to run a busy Country Inn. It has 10 cosy, stylish bedrooms on top of its restaurant, cosy bar area and arguably the best outside terrace in Cookham – complete with outside bar! It has a fantastic reputation for excellent food, impeccable attention to detail and is an incredibly popular venue for events with two separate private dining rooms.
Our Head Chef Ben, has worked at Bel & The Dragon for many years and moved to Cookham 2 years ago. They serve modern British cuisine - the best Sunday roast in town and always with the freshest of ingredients.
When you join the team at Bel & The Dragon Cookham you’ll expect to learn about great wines, great food and great service, whilst also having the opportunity to access to all the training and skills workshops to help your grow your career.
Kingsclere
Located in the heart of Kingsclere, famous for Watership Down and the horse racing community, Bel & The Dragon Kingsclere combines both an excellent community-focused bar popular throughout the village, and restaurant that has a great reputation in the surrounding area.
Kingsclere is cosy; think plenty of log fires, open beams, the ultimate home from home experience. It has a strong reputation in the community, and is the hub of the village.
Kingsclere is run by our General Manager Magda and Head Chef Mikey. Here you’ll be part of a small supportive team who support each other along with excellent attention to detail to ensure every guest experience is a great one.
Odiham
Sited in a Grade II-listed former inn, Bel & The Dragon Odiham has it all. Whether you want to snuggle in the cosy bar, relax in the sun-tight terrace or celebrate in the sunny dining room. With 15 bedrooms, all super cosy and welcoming our guests don’t just visit, they stay! It's a popular venue for events and weddings but every visitor is made to feel special, with exceptional fresh food, brilliant service and a warm welcome.
Odiham is an historic village near Hook in Hampshire and whilst it’s a small village it is perfectly formed, and Bel & The Dragon is at its heart – and that’s mostly down to its team!
Our General Manager Louis is new to the team at Odiham but can expect a friendly welcome and a passionate team who will help you develop pride and passion for great service. The bar here is very community driven and popular with the local residents and there’s always a great buzz. Odiham is going from strength to strength and can offer the chance to be part of a thriving team along with lots of career progression opportunities.
Westerham
The George & Dragon is our newest Bel & The Dragon. Opening in 2022 but it’s steeped in history; The George & Dragon is a 16th-century coaching inn which would have once been the last stop before London for people travelling from the coast. Located in the historic town of Westerham in Kent, the picturesque town offers the perfect setting for Bel & The Dragon’s unique combination of stylish accommodation, good food and a warm welcome. The George & Dragon offers thirteen beautifully appointed bedrooms styled exclusively in Bel & The Dragon’s distinctive cosy and classic manner. Think crisp linens, soothing earthy and natural shades and stylishly original décor.
We have a great, close-knit team here at Westerham. They always love to welcome in a new face and share their knowledge and experience with you. We’re so pleased to have it as part of our family and joining the team at Westerham gives you the opportunity to be part of the newest chapter of our story.
Our General Manager, Tom, has been with us for many years so if there’s anything you want to know – he’s the man to ask! You will have access to exceptional training as well as apprenticeships and our ever-popular Management Training Programme. Wendover
Wendover is surrounded by some of the best countryside England has to offer with walks and forests to explore but with towns like Aylesbury on your doorstep, and excellent transport links into London and beyond. It’s very much a traditional pub feel with cosy nooks, paired with the modern twists. It has a large outside area that everyone enjoys all year round. It also has a large car park meaning there’s space for everyone – and our team!
Although it’s only been open a short time it’s cemented itself as the centre of the community with its hospitable team and warm welcome to anyone who visits. Our General Manager Matt supports and puts his team first, and if you are looking to grow and develop a career then this is the place to be.
